New years Day Auction 2194 State Route 10, Tollesboro, Ky Owners George and Christine Horsley have bought another home and are relocating to another area of the State. They have asked us to disperse of all property and real estate at public auction. The auction will begin at 11:00 am with the personal property and Bryon Walker will be the Auctioneer. At 12:00 noon we will sell the Real Estate, it will sell in two tracts with the house and lot being 80' x 348' as tract one and the remainder of the 33 acres being tract two. The house is a 3 bedroom one bath in good condition. Both tracts will then be put together and sold as a whole and conformation of the sale will be decided by the owners. After the Real Estate the remaining personal items will be sold. This is a large sale with something for everybody, the Horsley's have been collectors for years and have accumulated a lot of nice items. All tools are in good condition with some being new. There are several antique chests, tables and other furnishings. Some of the contents of the house are two couches, loveseat and chairs, china cabinet, table and six, two queen bedroom suits, antique curio cabinet with lion feet and designs, knife collection, lamps, glassware, crocks, dish collection, churns, bowls and other glassware and other household items. A Whirlpool front load washer and dryer on pedestals and a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator which are only approx. 30 days old will sell with owner confirmation. Terms of the sale are personal property must be paid for on sale day. Real Estate will require 10% down on sale day with the remainder to be paid in 30 days.
